It's best if the rooms are empty or minimally furnished before virtual staging. If there is existing furniture, we can digitally remove it and replace it with virtual furniture to create a cohesive and attractive design. This costs an extra $15 per photo and you can easily choose this option when you upload your images.

Typically, the virtual staging process takes between 24 to 48 hours from the time we receive your photos. However, this can vary based on the volume of work and specific project requirements. Spring and Summer are typically busier than Winter and Fall. We always strive for a 24 hour turnaround and we will let you know right away if your order is going to take longer than 24 hours.

Our team of experienced designers selects the furnishings based on the style and layout of your property. We aim to create designs that appeal to a broad range of potential buyers. If you have specific preferences or a particular style in mind, please share them with us when you submit your photos. Pinterest boards are a great way for us to understand the style you'd like to see! You can also browse our gallery, or our furnishings + decor catalog to let us know which styles appeal to you most for your listing.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with the initial results, we offer revisions at no additional cost. Revisions are simply part of the process until we get to know your preferences, likes and dislikes. Simply provide feedback on what you'd like changed, and we'll make the necessary adjustments. We ask for an additional 24 hours for revisions.

Yes, we can digitally repair minor blemishes such as scratches, stains, or small holes in walls or floors. If you have specific areas you'd like us to address, please highlight them when you submit your photos. Otherwise, we'll return the photos with the rooms in the same condition as they were when they were provided to us. If the blemishes are more than very minor, please choose the "virtual renovation" option when you upload your photo. This costs $15 per image and you can make as many repairs or upgrades as you'd like.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards. Payment is required upfront when you place your order. Once we receive your payment, we will start the virtual staging process.

Yes, we offer free revisions with every virtual staging order. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final result. These are your photos and you're paying for them. We want you to love them, so please don't hesitate to ask for a revision.

Requesting revisions is easy! Simply reply to your photo delivery email with a detailed list of the changes you’d like to make. Make sure to include any specific instructions or references to help us understand your vision. If you make a list like this, it's really helpful:

Living Room V1: Please change the sofa to something without brown

Primary Bed: Please swap tableside lamps for something like the attached photo

And so on..

Our skilled team of professional designers handles all revisions. Typically, the same stager who did the first round of your photos will also be working on your revisions.

We strive to get it right during the first round of revisions, but we’re here to help until you're happy with the results. There isn't a limit to how many rounds of revisions you can ask for, although typically when revisions are requested only one round is needed. Please try to ask for all changes you'd like in the first round.

Revisions typically take 24 hours to complete. We understand the importance of timely delivery and work diligently to make sure your revised photos are returned promptly.

Unfortunately, revisions go into a queue in our system and it takes 24 hours to move through. Even if it's a small change, it will take 24 hours for you to receive your photos back. If it's an extraordinarily urgent request, please reach out and we will see what we can do to have them back sooner.

Your revised photos will be uploaded to the gallery you originally received. You will receive an email letting you know when your gallery has been updated with the revised images. They will be underneath your original photos in a new section.

Absolutely not! We want you to be completely satisfied with your virtual staging. Your feedback is invaluable, and we encourage you to request any changes necessary to achieve your desired result. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're a first-time client, we highly encourage you to request any changes you desire. It's normal for it to take 1-2 virtual staging orders for our designers to completely grasp your style and preferences. We save your preferences to your file, ensuring that future orders will fully reflect your tastes from the start.

You, the realtor, broker, or builder, are responsible for taking the photos. This allows you to capture the space exactly as you envision it and at your convenience.

We find that our clients prefer the flexibility of taking their own photos. This ensures that the timing and specific angles are suited to their unique needs, especially when dealing with varying schedules and property access. We are also based in Seattle and do not have photographers available in every market. Since you'll already have photos for your listing, it's easiest and most cost-effective to use the ones you already have.

Absolutely! Modern smartphones, including iPhones, have cameras that are more than capable of taking high-quality photos suitable for virtual staging. Just make sure the images are clear and well-lit. If you can use a tripod, that will improve the look of your final staged photos, as well.

Lighting: Ensure the room is well-lit. Natural light works best, so try to shoot during the day.

Angles: Take photos from eye level and capture multiple angles of each room.

Stability: Use a tripod or a steady hand to avoid blurry images.

Declutter: Remove any personal items or clutter to give a clean, blank canvas for staging.

Even if construction is ongoing, you can still take photos for virtual staging. Ensure that the areas you photograph are as clean and uncluttered as possible. In this case, you would choose our "Virtual Remodel" option when you upload your photos for virtual staging. You can add detailed notes in the space underneath each image.
